UAB „CPM construction“ įgyvendina projektą „Jauno verslo skatinimas Plungės mieste“.

Projekto tikslas – skatinti jaunų verslininkų įsidarbinimo galimybes Plungės mieste, suteikiant reikalingas priemones ir žinias, taip mažinant socialinę atskirtį ir stiprinant vietos bendruomenės ekonominį aktyvumą.

Įgyvendinant projektą vykdomos veiklos, skirtos jauno verslo subjekto parengimui veiklai: organizuojami profesiniai mokymai, suteikiantys reikalingas praktines žinias ir kvalifikaciją, taip pat įsigyjama specializuota įranga, būtina paslaugų teikimui. Projektas sudaro sąlygas jaunam verslininkui įgyti reikiamus gebėjimus, pradėti savarankišką veiklą ir įsitvirtinti darbo rinkoje.

Projekto rezultatai – parengtas jaunas verslo subjektas, sukuriama darbo vieta, atsiranda nauja paslauga Plungės mieste, prisidedama prie vietos verslumo stiprinimo ir socialinės atskirties mažinimo.

Projektas įgyvendinamas taikant Bendruomenės inicijuotos vietos plėtros (BIVP) metodą ir bendrai finansuojamas Europos Sąjungos lėšomis.
